What to tell us
We can usually quote straight back if you include these. If you do not have all of them, send what you have.
- Property type - apartment, garden apartment, penthouse, semi-detached or private house
- Size - number of rooms, or built area in square meters
- Location - city or locality is enough
- Which situation - a new apartment from a contractor, or a resale property you are buying
- Timing - handover date, contract date, or any deadline you are working to
- Documents, if you have them - for a new apartment, the technical specification and the architectural plans. Digital copies sent ahead are ideal
Working to a deadline? Say so in your first message. Handover dates and contract signings do not move easily, and we would rather plan around yours than discover it later.
